Adv. Yaniv Laor
Married and father of three, was born in and currently lives in Jerusalem with his family. He is a certified attorney for over a decade and specializes in real estate, lectures on entrepreneurship and real estate in colleges around the country and has published extensive articles in the field of urban renewal in journals and legal websites. In his spare time, Yaniv restores classic cars and enjoys trying his hand at carpentry.
Attorney Laor has extensive experience in accompanying complex real estate transactions and accompanies combination transactions, projects of the TMA 38 type and Binui evacuation, traditional sales transactions, entrepreneurs and contractors, buyer groups, etc.
Adv. Ariel Gabay
is married and a father of three. He was born and raised in Jerusalem where he currently lives with his family. He is a certified attorney for over a decade and specializes in civil and commercial litigation, including mediation and arbitration proceedings. In addition, Adv. Gabay provides comprehensive legal advice to companies and businesses of all kinds, including contractual issues, labor law issues, and mergers and acquisitions.
